What parent training teaches you
You go to the sessions. Your child doesn’t have to. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends it for school-age ADHD, alongside school support and medication where it fits.
You meet weekly with a Clarity clinician and a small group of other parents, and you work on the things that decide how a day goes: getting out of the house in the morning, homework, bedtime, and what to say when your child melts down. These skills teach parents to make small changes in their routine that deliver big behavior changes for their children.

Most families have their first parent consultation within 5 to 7 days. There’s no waitlist.
Children and teens aged 5 through 17, living in California or Texas. All visits are live video appointments over HIPAA-secure telehealth. We’re headquartered in San Francisco.
No. Behavioral Parent Training, RUBI and Managing Big Emotions are for parents and caregivers only. Your child attends the evaluation.
Yes. Our clinicians can assess your child and diagnose ADHD where appropriate, as part of our ADHD evaluation. We don’t offer diagnostic screening for Autism Spectrum Disorder.
No. You can book directly. If your child already sees a pediatrician, we send updates back to them with your permission. You decide what gets shared and with whom.
We’re in network with most major PPO plans in California and Texas, and with select California Medicaid (Medi-Cal) plans. Medicaid families pay $0, and most insurance plans have low copays. If we’re not in network with your plan, we’ll say so and show you our self-pay rates. See the full billing and insurance details.
